- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless you have received incorrect merchandise. upon the day of arrival of damaged or incorrect product you are to send email attaching a picture of item received to Jon.Beard@crookedletterkitchen.com for verification.
- All orders are shipped using USPS/ FEDEX / UPS within 1-7business days
- Please note that Crooked Letter Kitchen is not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. we encourage to allow time for delivery in case any delays occur.
- Once order has began processing or has already shipped we are not able to update any shipping addresses so please make sure correct information is uploaded.

Return Policy
- All sales are final for online products to include seasonings and sauces
- All sales are final no refunds unless product was received damaged or seal was broken.
